Description: Garlic
is one of the most valuable foods. It is good for the heart, liver,
gallbladder, stomach, spleen and lungs. One of the best natural antibiotics, it
detoxifies (chronic lead poisoning), builds the blood and is an overall great
healer.
Internal Uses: Its
expectorant action makes it useful for chronic bronchitis, sickle cell anemia,
chronic stomach problems and stomach catarrh. It has been useful with all
intestinal infections, such as parasites, dysentery, cholera, typhoid and
parathyroid fever. It has helped to lower the blood pressure, counteract
arteriosclerosis, and benefits the circulation of blood. Can use with honey for
coughs, colds and asthma. Other uses: acne, arthritis, cancer immunity, Candida
albicans, colitis, contagious diseases, digestive disorders, ear infections,

Description: Wormwood
is primarily a stomach medicine.
Internal uses:
It has been useful for indigestion, gastric pain, lack of appetite, as
well as the related problems of heartburn and flatulence. It has also been
helpful for liver and gallbladder secretions. Other uses: flatulence, diarrhea, nervous conditions,
melancholia, morning sickness and gout. Wormwood tea has been recommended to
help relieve pain during labor. Wormwood oil is a cardiac stimulant and
therefore acts when taken in proper doses to improve blood circulation. Also
can be used for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
External uses: It
has been used for skin blemishes, insect bites, irritations, sprains or
bruises. The oil acts as a local anesthetic when applied to relieve pains of
rheumatism, neuralgia and arthritis.
Suggested Dosage: 10--20 drops in water 10--15 min
before meals. Do not use more than 4
weeks at a time.
Caution: Do
not use if pregnant. Use in small doses. Pure wormwood oil is a strong poison.
Longer use can cause Nausea, Vomiting, Insomnia, Restlessness, Vertigo, Tremors
and Seizures.
