Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) is a
nonprescription herbal remedy for the treatment of mild to moderate depression,
nervousness and anxiety and related disorders such as insomnia. Extracts of
Valerian herb are thought to help disorders such as anxiety by increasing the
concentration of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid, or GABA, in the

Kava Kava Root
Ingredients:
Lavender Flowers, Chamomile flowers, Kava Kava root, Valerian root, Grain alcohol, ionized water. Vegetable Glycerin would replace the alcohol for alcohol free tinctures.
Instructions:
Use 6-30 drops in mouth, juice or water. May be taken 3 times daily. Shake well. Store in cool dark place.
Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
