• Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only ( Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays). 
• Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. 
• USPS does NOT deliver on Sundays or Federal Holidays.
• New Way Herbs is not responsible for packages held by Customs. 
• New Way Herbs does not pay for international duty, Customs clearance, brokerage fees or taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.

All orders are processed securely and discreetly by an New Way Herbs representative. Providing correct contact, billing and shipping information will ensure a smooth transaction. Any information that is missing may delay the order until all information is collected and processed. New Way Herbs adheres to strict privacy guidelines to ensure our customers' privacy. All orders will be wrapped in secure unmarked containers and labeled from New Way Herbs. There are no visible markings that indicate the content of the cases.

Domestic Shipping:
USPS is available for the continental United States, P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as Military APO and FPO zip codes.

FREE Shipping (7 - 20 days average)
Free shipping is available on all orders placed in the continental U.S. on orders that exceed $75.00. No guarantees on the speed of delivery. Free Shipping option is not available for international addresses as more delivery time must be allowed. All Military APO & FPO are sent Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail (2 - 4 days average)
Packages are NOT insured. Delivery may take up to 10 business days after order is shipped. Delivery times are Mon. - Sat. for the continental United States. Delivery times to other states or territories may vary.

International Shipping

USPS Air Mail (1-4 week average)
Package NOT Insured. No Delivery Confirmation. Delivery in 1-4 weeks average, but may take up to 6 weeks to certain countries (not including delays due to Customs).

USPS Global Priority (Up to 4 weeks)
Packages are NOT Insured. Delivery within 4 weeks after order is shipped to most European countries (not including delays due to Customs).

Shipping Terms Defined

• Package NOT Insured - There are no insurance services offered for the carrier or method of shipment. 
• USPS Delivery Confirmation - Delivery Confirmation information is available for the method. The USPS will have an initial and a delivery confirmation scan, but will not have a scan from every location during transit.
